Deborah is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves on staff as the Women's/Music Pastor at Belvoir Assembly of God, located in Marshall, Virginia where she has been co-pastoring with her husband Bobby since 1999. She is also completing her Certification in Life Coaching through AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors). She serves as the Women in Ministry Consultant for the Potomac District Council of the AG, and has served as the Executive Assistant to the Potomac District Superintendent for fourteen years. She serves as chairperson for the Spousal Support sub-committee on the Potomac District Healthy Minister Initiative and also serves on the District Sabbatical Committee. She is a mentor, published writer, and international speaker.
Deborah spent 18 years in the corporate world before acknowledging God’s call to ministry. She is an experienced speaker in the corporate and ministry fields and has been teaching and encouraging women for over 26 years. Her heart is to encourage women to look past their circumstances in life, and into the eyes of the One who wants to lead them to their God given destiny.

Deborah and Bobby have been co-pastoring for 33 years. They have two grown and married children and four grandchildren. Deborah and her hubby live in Warrenton, Virginia with their two dogs, Jericho and Jochebed. She enjoys spending time with her family, decorating and photography.
