Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has been praying for my hubby. The doctor finally contacted him late Friday afternoon. The MRI showed a herniated disc which is pushing on two nerves in his back. The surgeon is concerned about the nerve closest to his spine. We have an early morning appointment with the surgeon Monday and surgery will most likely be next week. The doctor told him Friday that they feel this is "urgent surgery".
Please continue to lift him up in your prayers. We know God is still in control and feel confident that everything is going to be fine. We need to practice what we preach so many times to others. :-)
Blessings to each of you. You are absolutely incredible women and you will never know how encouraging your words have been to me throughout the past several weeks. I will keep you posted.
I am praying for you and your husband..
ReplyDeleteyou the strength to hold him up during the days..
and for him...that his pain be little and he go through the surgery well..
and for the surgeons and nurses that care for him...
bless you
Will be praying for your husband -- and you -- for his surgery tomorrow! In times like these, it's so wonderful to know that HE holds all in HIS hands. Peace and prayers!

ReplyDeleteKnow that I will be praying for your husband, and for you!!!
Praying that God gives you HIS strength...HIS peace, and HIS understanding as you walk this road.
God WILL make his direction clear to you, and you DO NOT need to fear, for he WILL go ahead of you!
Isaiah 43: 2-3 saysL
"When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the LORD, your God,the Holy One of Israel, your Savior."
Remember...you are walking THROUGH!!! God will NOT leave you in the middle of this!!
Hold on to JESUS!!
Blessings~
